Signatories & Pledge Partners demonstrate or pledge to be leaders in gender diversity by committing to maintain a board that is made up of at least 30% women and strive towards gender parity

Charter Signatories and Charter Pledge Partners

Charter Signatories are companies with at least 30% female representation on their boards that commit to championing and mainstreaming leadership diversity, with an ultimate goal of achieving gender parity. Charter Signatories annually report on the gender composition of their boards to the Board Diversity Charter Committee to maintain their status.

Boards that have not yet reached the 30% threshold to become a Signatory but have the intention of reaching this threshold within the next two years are invited to become Charter Pledge Partners. Charter Signatories and Pledge Partners may utilise the Board Diversity Toolkit, which offers guidance on best practices for diverse boards.
